PLATE REVERSE CURLS
A great movement to finish either a super set or a workout. Curling using a plate will focus on the brachialis to give the arms a thicker look. It can be done with quite high numbers of reps, making it more suited to the end of a workout.

HORIZONTAL BICEP CURL

BICEP CURLS MADE BETTER
A change in the way you bicep curls are performed. Just lean forward and tuck your chin in to keep tension in the muscle throughout the movement and prevent any assistance form other muscles. This video shows curls with an EZ bar but this technique applies to dumbbell curls also.
