Hit Your Chest Without Stressing Your Shoulders. Pressing on the floor prevent any possibility of lowering the weight too far, taking the emphasis off the chest and placing unwanted stress on your shoulders. The use of Fat Gripz is not essential but is a great addition to change the feel of the movement further.
DUMBBELL FLOOR PRESS
Another Way To HitThe Chest And Keep Your Shoulders Safe. Similar to floor pressing with a barbell, you cannot overstretch. The added factor with dumbbells is the fact that it will be less stable than with a bar, bringing a new feel to the exercise.
Good movement for a great stretch in the chest without too much strain on the shoulder joints.
